This tennis villa overlooks the la Quinta Resort’s unlit har-true tennis courts resulting in a beautiful and peaceful view of the tennis going-ons throughout the day. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1632 square foot villa is decorated in the traditional Hacienda style of the Resort. All bathrooms are done in tumbled marble tiles and each of the bedrooms have king beds. The unit also includes an approximate 400 square foot balcony with a westerly view of the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. Beautifully appointed and overlooking the Resort, the villa’s reverse floor plan allows residents to sleep quietly downstairs while others enjoy the competing mountain and tennis court views at night from the upstairs living room and kitchen. No pets permitted.
