A beautiful Capistrano floor plan with approximately 1,922 square feet, this home is just a short walk away from margaritas at the Adobe Grill at La Quinta Resort. There is a large flat screen television in the living room and wireless internet access is also available. The community pool and spa are just off the back patio. Non-smoking. No pets. OUR GUESTS ENJOY FULL USE OF THE FACILITIES AT LA QUINTA RESORT.

  Our group of family and friends enjoyed several beautiful days. We played tennis, used the spa, and dined at Morgan one night. Coachella was on. La quinta absorbed the high occupancy well. One outstanding comment: the Kitchen in our 3 bedroom unit was very well equipped. Proximity to resort was very good. We would return.

  We had a wonderful stay in Paradise. The house more than met our expectations. Santa Rosa Cove is our favorite rental destination as it is so close to the resort. The house is stocked with everything needed and as an added bonus has resort privileges. We used the gym at the resort daily and swam at the resort pool with the grandchildren in the mornings. The neighborhood pool is also very close to the house. We will be back again and would be extremely happy to rent the same house. Thank you to the resort for the easy check in and check was seamless!

  Great location, but the appliances are very dated. The kitchen appliances are at least 20 years old. The dishwasher had to be run twice as it didn’t wash the dishes well. The resort staff are very responsive.
