  The condo provides a Keurig but very few pods! Would have been nice to know before arrival. Luckily the property manager gave us some pods from her personal stash! Thanks!
  The house could use some attention to a few things that are broken/run down: Leaky washing machine, broken backyard chairs and BBQ.
  There’s a ton of extra bedding there but very few utensils!
  Location is amazing and the resort is spectacular.

  We are tennis people, and we always stay in the tennis villas. And I knew in advance that this villa overlooked the new pickleball courts. So we are able to watch a lot of pickleball which was new to us. And then we even took a couple of lessons from them La Quinta pros. Be advised, pickle ball is surprisingly noisy. But play does end by 8:00 PM.

  Really enjoyed this unit and our vacation. Only issue is that it is right next to the tennis courts. The lights were very bright on the courts until 11 pm and the master suite only had plantation shutters that did not keep out light or noise.

  We had an excellent month at this tennis villa.
  It was extremely well supplied and the overall condition was very good. Just a few relatively minor points to add:
  1. Although the villa directly overlooks the pickle courts and activity usually continued until 9-10 pm , with lights left on, we were not unduly disturbed by this.
  2. There was not enough cutlery for 6-8 people. There were no small plates, egg slicer or strainer.
  3. Clothes storage for downstairs bedroom was limited, with no hanging space in bedroom itself. ( we used this as master bedroom, even though it has only two small single beds).
  4. Rather wide bathtub sides were somewhat challenging for older people.
  5. Toilets were low old-fashioned type, without auto lid closure.
  6. Living room furniture was old-fashioned and way too low.
  7. Patio outside: though small, this area was excellent, with ideal seating, fire pit, barbecue and umbrella.

  Wonderful stay in a lovely villa. A tennis players delight. My only recommendation is for a review on the web of how the Villa is represented. On one site, the number of beds in a room was inaccurate and on another site, the bedrooms were switched around. Also, instructions to return keys are written one way in the welcome/information book and different instructions are given from the front desk. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

  We enjoyed staying at this home. We actually extended out stay twice for a total of 12 days. We loved being close to the tennis courts, main pool, spa pools, and gym. The restaurants, shops, ad marketplace are also a short walk away. We would be happy to stay here again.

  This tennis villa met all of our expectations. Very clean and well stocked. Close to the LaQuinta resort, we walked everywhere and were able to use the facilities. Linens and Towels were hotel quality. Washer and dryer were available for our use which was helpful.
